8 weeks

8weeks and 6 days!
I get so excited when I get those weekly emails from the bump.com... even though I've already read every single week's description.

I missed week 7, but let me tell you. nothing happened.
I still have very minimal pregnancy symptoms... I shouldn't complain, I know.
I still have the bloating and am the fattest I've ever been even though I haven't gained a pound.
My chest is fuller and my hips are popping a lot.
I've always had hip issues so I'm curious to see how that's going to go... they are moving a lot these days.  Lee says my body is preparing for birth! yay!
I'm not even that tired anymore.
It worries me some days.  So much so that last week I took another pregnancy test and it turned INSTANTLY so I'm assuming that's good. right?

And there is the one other thing.....
I am suddenly extremely desirable to strange men.
I can't walk down the street to work without hearing something, it's like Grenada all over again.
It's like they can sense how fertile I am or something. seriously!
Maybe it's my ever growing boobs.

TOMORROW is my first Doctor's appointment!
Praise Jesus!
I have been waiting foreeeeever it seems like.
I can't wait to get some confirmation so I can tell people and have a little peace of mind.

This past week we spent 4 days with Lee's family and didn't say a word!  It was so hard  I can't wait to tell them.   I need a plan for how to do it...
If all goes well at the Dr tomorrow I'm telling my parents next weekend when I see them!

How far along: 8 weeks 6 days
Total weight gain: 0 (unless it's after 6pm then I look like I've gained 10)
Maternity clothes: nope.
Stretch marks: no. applying coconut oil religiously
Sleep: great!
Best moment of this week: Doctor tomorrow!
Miss anything:  still caffeine.  Today at work they went to Starbucks and asked what I wanted. I got a chocolate chip cookie instead.
Movement: no. thankfully that'd be weird.
Food cravings: yes!  I've been craving my mom's food.  Yesterday was homemade macaroni and today was spaghetti.  Both satisfied.  Thanks mom for teaching me to cook!
Anything making you queasy or sick: not exactly, but I do have food aversions.  I can't eat a sweet potato for some reason.
Have you started to show yet: no, I just look kinda fat.
Gender: unknown.
Labor signs: -
Belly button in or out: in
Wedding rings on or off: On
Happy or moody most of the time: So happy!!! I just get nervous that something may be wrong...
Looking forward to: progressing and telling people!!! EVERYONE!

hahahhaha "I like the tall one!" I don't know how you kept quiet around Lee's family. I would've been dying to tell them! You are so strong!

Plus I think it's super sweet you didn't want to overshadow his sister's wedding. <3
