6 weeks already!! My little one is the size of a sweet pea. aw....
knock-on-wood, cross my fingers, throw salt over my shoulder, bury a potato, wish on every 11:11, and any other old wives tale remedy for jinxing myself....
I have NO morning sickness.
No nausea at all. Thank you sweet Jesus.
I do however have bloating in the evenings. Around 6pm every night my pants start to feel a little snug and my belly starts making noises. For some reason I have never heard of this pregnancy symptom, but apparently it's really common.
I've also had a few muscle aches and I'm SLEEPY.
In the evenings I'm toast.
But I wake up every morning feeling great! I feel skinny again and can do whatever I want until 6pm.
Unfortunately Mon-Thursday all my good hours are spent working. but whatever. Have to keep this little one a secret for a few more weeks!
I have my first Dr. appointment on August 2nd and of course that's when Lee starts his Family Medicine rotation and cannot miss because he needs a good letter of recommendation, so I will be going to see Dr. Wagstaff solo. I tried to get the appointment changed but they won't see me until after 8 weeks and there is literally no time between 8 and 10 weeks that we can BOTH go. #marriedtoadoctorproblems
We are going to be seeing Lee's family in 2 weeks and I almost want to go ahead and tell them! I am so excited to let my in-laws know that they're going to be grandparents for the first time... but I really do want to wait until after I see the doctor. just in case. so I'll see if I can keep my big mouth shut.
We won't be seeing my parents until August 11th so then plan is to tell them then and then wait to tell everyone else until after Michelle's wedding September 7th.

So happy!!! I told Lee that instead of having the hormones that make me cry I seriously have the ones that make my laugh uncontrollably all the time. SEVERAL times I have laughed out loud while sitting by myself and embarrassed myself. Lee caught me laughing in the shower the other day. haha he said "did you see something funny in there?!" hahaha
Looking forward to: progressing and telling people!!! EVERYONE!

lol I love that the crying hormones make you laugh uncontrollably. I can just picture you at home cackling to yourself. :)
Sooo cute. I love to hear about the love you have for your husband. You guys sound like such a great couple and I'm sure you will be wonderful parents. Best of luck and wonderful wishes during this precious time. That made me giggle about the shower comment :-)
