I put a video in my blog, but I uploaded it to YouTube and then copied the embed link youtube gives you into the blog, it was easier and faster than the Blogger video thing. hope this helps!
maybe your blog's storage is full... try to up your video in Youtube and take a link from that site and put in your blog (so call "embeded")
